How do I add a new note?
Tap the “Add A Note” link in the left-hand sidebar. Enter a title and your note description, then tap the “Save Note” button. This will create a new note in your note list.
How do I edit a note?
Tap the note you want to edit. On the “Viewing” screen, tap the “Edit” button. Edit your note title and body, then tap the “Save Note” button to save your changes.
How do I delete a note?
Tap the note you want to delete. On the “Viewing” screen, tap the “Delete” button. This will immediately delete your note.
How do I restore a note I deleted?
There is currently no way to restore a note that has been deleted. This is a planned feature in an upcoming release, so keep an eye out for any app updates!
How do I get back to see all my notes?
If you’re creating a new note, viewing a note, or editing a note, you can always return to the “Your Notes” screen by tapping the “View Your Notes” link in the left-hand sidebar.
How do I see my notes on a different device?
SimpliNotes Basic does not support the functionality to sync your notes between multiple devices. All notes are stored on the physical device. To sync notes across all of your Clover devices, including the web browser, update your subscription to SimpliNotes Plus in the Clover App Market.
How do I sync my notes between devices? (Plus subscription only)
Syncing your notes across all of your Clover devices, including the web browser, is only available with the Plus subscription. To sync your notes, tap the refresh icon that appears above your note list.
