I’m getting an error saying that the app needs to have card vaulting enabled
(Any time there is an error prior to actually getting into the app for the first time)
You will need card vaulting enabled for your merchant account in order to get started on the app. FirstData Tier 2 support has an open case number for the process. If Clover requests that you speak with our team, please let them know the Infuse team cannot make these adjustments - it is something only Clover can enable.

- How do I add or edit a membership type?
Tap the 'Membership Types' tab in the top left to view the membership types for your location. Tapping the purple '+' button in the bottom right will start the process of creating a new membership type. Once you have entered a name, billing frequency, and price, you may save the membership type. Tapping on a membership from the 'Membership Types' page allows you to edit any information about the membership type. You may not delete a membership type if it is associated with a member. - How do I add or edit a member?

Memberships is free to download. You will only be charged when you process payment through the app. The cost is a tiered structure:
- First $5000 is processed @ 0.75% = $37.50
- Second $5000 is processed @ 0.50% = $25.00
- All payments over $10,000 are processed @ 0.25%
The amount processed is reset each month. - How much does Memberships Pro cost?
Memberships Pro is $9.99 per month. You will also be charged when you process payment through the app. The cost is a tiered structure:
